SPAN 003BAdvanced Spanish Oral and Written Composition

Prerequisite: Prerequisite: SPAN 003A. This course centers on the intensive use of the Spanish language to further oral and written proficiency. Students have an opportunity to enhance their knowledge of Spanish grammar and develop detailed specialized vocabulary while emphasizing written and oral composition. The course includes an analysis of short works of literature from the Spanish-speaking world and selected contemporary publications. Students in the course are guided to become more fluent in discussing topics such as culture, tradition, education, and ethics in the target language.(SPAN 003A)
