Under the Senior Citizens Reduced Tuition Act (NMSA 1978 § 21-21D, implemented by 5.7.19 NMAC), New Mexico residents who reach age 65 by the census date may register at the reduced rate of $5.00 per credit hour for up to 10 credit hours per semester, on a space-available basis.
